If you think you have a bad day at work...

what makes a "bad" day is your interpretation of it - days are neither good or bad but neutral - if you can look on every experience as meant to offer you something to learn something from, it can be a big help and that distances you from getting stuck in reaction to a "bad " day
I hope this has helped you guys and girls out there like it has just helped me.

or another one, something a high school teacher of mine said to another teacher at the school (who had just been divorced, lost both his cars and his house, all his money, etc)...
teacher a: "so I've pretty much hit rock bottom"
teacher b: "Well at least you can push off from there."
of course I can't think of the right way to say it but you know.

Life is what you make it.
What goes around comes around.
Treat people like you wnat to be treated.
If it has **** or tires it will cost you money.
Those are just some things I have picked up over the years...
Happy, positve people just seem to lead better lives than grumpy negative people - seen first hand working with seniors for the last 2.5years..
