Funny you should mention Ecstacy, a repeat episode of Daily Planet has been doing a special on the effects of ecstacym and one of the discoveries was that it appears to have a long term effect of decreasing the overall Serotonin levels. Which could lean to clinical depression at an older age..
2x.. I know you were kidding lad..

eh Zach... I'd come over with a couple beers to drown our sorrows if I was up in P. right now...
But since Iam not I'll just say that I hope things pick up for ya soon.... just start smiling at all the pretty girls you see.. one will eventually smile back, and you'll feel right as rain again!

I find when i'm feeling down, I come on here. Car audio is kinda like an outlet for me, and its fun to come share opinions and thoughts with people on the board. and Zach, I hope things start to look up for ya

Eevryone gets bummed.
Some people get depressed due to lack of exercise, bad diet, lack of sunlight, stress, etc etc
The trick for me is to just ignore it all, hehe
Go spartan for like a month, ignore all the stress, keep to yourself, pay more attention to your health and wellbeing, and try to just focus on attaining one or two feasible goals you set out.
I know how you feel, though, i just got laid off from work for like 6 weeks, with basically no notice, happy holidays from my employer, I guess.
Have to reneg on all the purchases I have been working on, svae my pennies, etc.....even figure out a way not to blow a ton on new years without P.O'ing the woman.
Cowboy up, as they say. (although that didnt get the Red Sox too far)
