Kobe is guilty?

OK I know this topic will start some good arguements. LOL! Since I know how much you Canadian's like to take shots at Americans I figured I would post this here. While even though I bet all of you will simply say he is guilty, I would beg to differ!
So this girl today or was it yesterday I forget, Claims that she gave Kobe a tour of the hotel. She came back to his hotel room with him and he asked her to join him in his hottub, she refused. They began kissing and groping each other, which she agrees was all consensual. When she went to leave, Kobe would not let her leave, he put his hands around her neck and then grabbed her from behind and pulled her panties down and raped her against a chair. She claims to have said "stop" 2 times during the five minute rape before starting to cry. Then he finished and told her to go into the bathroom and clean up. Before leaving Kobe told her that she was not to tell anyone what happened. At the time she agreed not to tell. She then went downstairs and finished her shift, and a little bit later told a doorman what happened. Then she went home, after encouragement from her parents she went to police.
Basically this is a he said she said case! Why didn't she go straight to the police? Maybe she was scared, but that is no excuse. They have been telling women for the last 20 years, if you are sexually attacked tell someone RIGHT AWAY! Kobe can have any woman he wants, why is he gonna go rape some girl that ain't even all that? Why didn't she scream for help in his room? Someone somewhere would have heard her, the walls are not that thick! I don't buy the excuse that she was in shock and could not scream! If she was aware enough to tell him "NO" twice and was not enjoying it to the point of crying, she surely should have screamed for help! Look at Kobe's past. This is totally not like him. Why would he go risk everything to rape this chick? I ain't saying he is innocent. I am just saying look at the evidence and everything that happened. All the state has against Kobe is this girl's word! He better not be found guilty just because she said he did it! I say no matter what no physical evidence should mean no case! But then again we live in America the greatest land of all! LOL! Once again I am not saying he is innocent. I am just saying her story and the events that took place seem a little fishy!

The girl has $$$ in her eyes. She wasn't raped.
Kobe (sadly enough), i am sure, has a VERY large array of women smashing down his door at any given time. This girl just came in, did everything she wanted to do then left and gloated to her friends. Someone then realized that it will be her word against his since nobody was around. Got a friend to mess her up and went to the police.
