Today I had my first day of Krav Maga Self Defence Training. It was amazing! I learend many new blocks and chokes today and I really enjoyed the course. If your in Law And Justice in any college/university or just want to have self defence skills, look into this.

Yeah its the Israeli Training. The course cost me $100 through my college.

I gave up my martial training (judo, japanese traditional jujitsu) when my Football got serious...

maybe now that I am retired I will look into goin back...

I always thought it was kick him in the junk, and when he falls keep kicking so you look big...and if he doesn't fall...keep kicking!
