oh I agree PC are a bigger market because hell I own one I'm just saying that there is more of a market for macs then you think

 

if you want something with decent dvd playback and battery life and blah blah blah. buy something either with a pentium m processor or something that uses centrino. you get deadly battery powerlife. i have a compaq x1010 has a radeon 9600 64meg in it, 512 ram and a 60 gig hd. and its like a centrino 1.6ghz and i can play most video games pretty easily on it but it destroys battery life. now if your just typing with the screen brightness turned down you could prolly get close to 4.5 maybe even 5 hours out of it. i average about 4 on a battery and i've had my laptop for about 2 years now. compaqs are pretty decent and you can get a nicely loaded one from futureshop for a decent price. buy the extended warranty to its not a bad idea and can bail your a$$ out in a pinch.
