Question

I'm looking to join a JEEP-enthusiast/owners club here in Toronto (or GTA). I want to learn more about "off-roading" (trails, etc). If not JEEP, then maybe a 4x4 club? If somebody out there knows of any please post or pm me.

Thanks!

there is a jeep club in toronto, right by 400 and sheppard. they are all hardcore offroaders tho. so like if u cant climb a rocky mountain in your jeep and then flip it 20 times and laugh about it they probably wont even talk to u.

its called just jeeps and they have their shop by 400 and sheppard area.

hahahahaahaha good assumption my friend

althought i did beat up my 2001 grand driving it up the flat walls and flipping it into a few ditches, i was however lacking a 20 inch lift and 33 inch mud tires, so basically i would not fit with the rest of the cool gang

Damn! I'm surprised you flipped it, what with all that weight of magnet from all those subs and extra batteries, etc.. I thought your ride would sit nice and heavy lol!

well not when u suddenly find a ditch doin 50km/hr and u dont realize it untill u are half way in it. it was all covered with snow so the field looked flat but actually turned out otherwise.........follwed by about 2 hours of snow diggin and pushing the car back on its tires.

KillerGrand had one of those v8 versions that would stall when u make a sharp turn.......correct me if im wrong. I think that option was jokingly called the "roll protection", just when u think u gonna roll the jeep b/c u are taking the turn too fast it just stalls.

My 2001 one had the "california beach" package on it. Everytime u start the car the sunroof would open on its own. no one could ever fix that, untill one of the mechanics made a joke about it and called it the RARE california option. u start the car and sunroof opens so u can get the nice, warm cali sun shining into your ride while u ride along the beach. The cali package was also supplied with heating that NEVER worked.....simply in cali there is no point for the heat.
