I am finishing school in about a week and still have not found a job. I will be completing a three year electrical engeneering ehnology diploma and want to find somthing in that field. I know from previous talks with people on the board there are a few people in the field, if any of you know of an opening I can apply to that wou;d be great. Also I a willing to do an industrial electricians or mechanics apprentice.
Thanks

gmac: as an apprentice electrician, my advice is to fire off as many resumes to as many companies as you can find. one of the easiest ways to do this is to set up your fax modem with a cover letter, and fax your resume to every electrical contractor and company in the KW/guelph area.

Are you working as an apprentice still Sass?
Where can I get a list of the companies or should I just go through the phone book?

I'm still an apprentice, yeah. it's a 5 year process. the phone book is your best bet; call up the companies, and get a fax number and a name to address it to. then fax away.
