Unhappy

Well, until today i thought that might be one of hte better programs on the market for spyware, even in it's beta version. But after 97 days of only running it and not spyboth/ad-aware....and encountering some weird things, i finally ran the other two, ad-aware found 90 some issue's and spybot 57, wheras ms was not finding anything bad.

Guess it's not as good as i thought

None of the anti-spyware software will find all of them. Everyone pretty much recommends to run 2 different programs.

I saw a test on TV the other day. They infected a computer with a bunch of different spyware (using kazaa lol). They ran spybot,Microsofts, and adware. In each case none found all the spyware, they where only about 75% effective.

they suggested using MS's with its real time turned on, and one of the others once in a while.

I run MS Antispyware, BOClean and Norton Anti Virus 2005.

I rarely have problems.

I do not think there is a single product out there that can do it all. (If there is, let me know)

I also have MCafee Quick Clean 5.0 anyone use it? They find it works for messes shi!t uP?

+1 for FireFox, every client that I've switched to FireFox and Thunderbird (the Mozilla email client to replace Outlook Express) has seen a near-total elimination of spyware. Nothing like addressing a problem at the source.

I started using it just recently too and it caught all the problems I was having and now it isn't catching them I seem to have the same issue again. I'm getting very annoyed.
