Modified Car Insurance
Does anyone have any leads on modified car insurance?
I have heard that there a couple of companies that offer it, but I haven't been able to hunt any down.
I dont want to be stuck in the "High Risk" market, paying much higher premiums than I already am.
I'm currently "high risk" cuz I've been rear ended twice, and I'm simply trying to save some money.
I'm paying around $170 for the VW right now, the Sentra (stock) on the same policy would be something like $300.
But I know that the company I am currently with, won't insure the Sentra.
Hell if I change the rims on my VW I can get dropped, its uber gay.
Lant insurance does offer insurance for modified cars,
unfortunately they only have plans for 15year old and older cars.
If anyone has any leads or suggestions, that would be great
Thanks for the help

try Josh at All Risk Insurance 1 866 8774194. They were the only guys that would insure my civic. Unfortunately, even though I have no tickets and no accidents, they had to lump me in with all the high risk drivers (multiple accidents, drunk drivers ect.) in facility insurance because of the mods done to the car. The down side is i have to pay a bunch more ($220 a month) than i would if the car was a stock CTS-V, rx-8, 350z or audi a4 but the upside is that I am legit so no worries if i get into an accident.
