Most powerful picture you've ever taken? (56K Warning)
Dave have you ever gone south (tropical wise) to try and get those types of pics in general?
Kinda sucks about missing the magazine photo contests by that much that was an amazing picture and looked a bit professional if not already taken out of a magazine.
I love the pics of those mountains higher up in this thread as well, they're gorgeous.

I usually have pictures of mountains especially from Alberta as my desktop, a lot are from Banff or Jasper National Park. I get them from www.webshots.com I paid the extra cash to get the 'high quality' pictures. For example:

Here's a pic of a lil guy who came to visit at the wedding... I can't member where the colour shot went though it was abit sharper but the black and white just looked better.

what do you do in jasper?
i grew up there for 14 years or so, so i know most....we used to own the mt robson inn, now my cousins own it....
also used to own/kinda built pocahontas bungalo's place (well more so my grampa - i wasn't alive yet heh)
