Anyone have any tips on litter box training a 6 yrs old dog ? Cause now me & Bob [ the dog ] got an 18 floor ele' ride to do the morining thingie . You should'd seen the the funny looks ppl down there gave when I asked for a plug-in fer my truck [ 7.3 l diesel ]. So where are the good shops the go in the area ? Is there any place to hang for swappin' tips , stories , shootin' the breeze ?

****E!

Was the dog on a loose poop schedule before?
If so you may want to crate him when not around for a few weeks to keep him from doin the do in the house when its not dodo time.

Yah ! If he wants out , I let him out ! Into the fenced-in back yard . And he is house and crate trained ! The only times he has ever had any 'accidents' in the house is if he is left alone and not in his crate . Oh well, guess I gota learn to get up 1/2 hour early fer work to walk Bob w/ plastic bags in hand , cause responsible owners always scoop poop . Oh the joys of pet ownership .

Just get lots of indoor plants and the dog will be plenty happy.

I feel for you John...I dont feel like getting up and walking down one flight of stairs to let my dogs outside through my basement...can't imagine doing it appartment style.

Thanks for the Good wishes and input on doggie output. I hope all your moving goes well and smoothly . Yes there is a balcony . I was thinking about a LARGE catch pan w/ a post mounted in / on it fer my Bob .... but sorta have made up my mind that I am going to be walking Bob couple o' 4 times a day . I hate dealing w/ a 6 lbs cat and litter box , I can't imagine 'doing' the clean up after an 84 lbs dog Meh the price of pet ownership.
