Leagal age of consent is STILL 18 you would need her parents consent if she was 16 and you are less than 18 otherwise it's still statutory rape. you guys r crazy lol ....16 years old = legally bangable. hahahaha... My daughter is 16 very soon to be 17 and she brings home some hot *** every now and then... I am only 36 (I had her young and still with her mom,,) but damn..
