well 1 example I had my topic in forsale locked because a mod thought that I should try another avenue to sell the stuff I have for sale because I was bumping it 1 time a day and people have been PMing to inquire instead of posting in that topic so for some reason he locked it because I wasnt getting replys in my topic but through pm's,mabey I should post the Pm's instead ?

I've been here 4 years and the mods have been great.
With that being said, I have wondered why some posts have been closed. I have seen several "locked" icons and I read the post and couldn't figure out why it was locked. I wondered what the mods prerogative was in closing it.
Perhaps a way to clarify the problem would be the mod who locks, or moves a thread posts a brief explanation. "This thread has been locked because . . . "
I have noticed that mods close down some stupid threads sooner than other stupid threads. I don't believe this is bias at all, I believe this is attributed to the limited ability of the mods. They can't see every stupid post and shut it down immediately. Therefore it seems like they are playig favouritism while in reality they are merely operating within their human characteristics - not omnipresent, and not omniscient.

[img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] </font>[/QUOTE]No your not wrong,I guess its all a matter of opinion and thats what this thread was for was to hear he opinions of others and to hear what they had to say,all I can say is that some mods need to lighten up just because they dont like somthing on the board that isnt neccesarly offensive,but in thier opinion they personaly dont like it so they go ahead and lock topics or delete things even though its not offensive or improper so to speak to anyone else but themself

Overall he wants to see other people's opinions on this matter because he wants to know if anyone else has experienced any mistreatment in their eyes which has alwayz been kept in PM's, he basically wants to see if he's the only one seeing some form of unfair treatment or actions. And is questioning why certain things are done.
Does that help so that he can stop posting the same thing for now the >6<th time i do believe?

Even after his original post he did mention that he wanted peoples voiced opinions in another post. Maybe not the original, however he did mention it at some point in the beginning. 3 pages later and I've not see any other opinions that he's asked for other than my own and pinhead (I think thats who it was)
