IMO don't buy a cobalt, it's their first year give it a bit for them to break in and be designed better. And IF you do buy a Cobalt make sure she's the SS!!! lol

I WAS gonna buy one but went with a Jbody instead.

HyundaiGuyMTX - Of course its gonna ride different its not even a JBody frame lol

Chunk - Knock off on complaining about GM's just beacuse you had a bad experience doesn't mean all of Canada has crappy customer service and vehicles man.

All i said was it's doing good and said good bye. They damn well knew they sold me a fricken lemon and made me invest another 3 grand in to her just to get her running this good. if you want tonnes and tonnes of problems and have money to spend get a GM, but if you want something that's reliable get a ford, old ford's don't die they just go a **** load faster. Old chevy's don't go faster they just DIE. ford is the way of the future for me and possibliy import's or any thing with a hatch back.
What's the next band wagon your going to jump on? Gm has made some good cars and some cars, just like EVERY other car manufacturer our there.

I could probably beat most riced out civics on my lawnmower because their bumbers scrape on the gound if they get up past 45

I know ur opinions on GM so i cant knock you for that. But the reason I said it rides different is because everyone still calls it a damn cavalier. I know its on the Delta Platform. I can agree about the waiting a year for it, but with the warrenty their offering theres not much to worry about if sumtin goes wrong. And the reason i didnt buy the SS is because once my lease is over and i own my car, it will be cheaper to make my car 205hp with aftermarket parts than it would be to pay the extra 10g's for the SS

RX7's are nice cars. A friend of mine has an 89' and it indeed is a fun little car to drive around in.

I'm not sure if the 89's are second gen (dont know a whole lot about RX7's) but hes selling his if your interested.

I think your looking for the mid 90's models though.

holly crap this thread is still alive!!! and no i'm not jumping on the band wagon. how about i give you my car and the 3000 doller's in repair's that i have had to do to it!!! i know not all gm car's are bad, but i'm just not willing to risk my money on one of thier product's again. mabye thier blazer's and colarode's/canyon, but that's it those seam to be the only dependable vehicales goig nfor them right now!!! my mom has owned nothing but blazer's from 1990, thier was 2 year break where she owned a 97 chevy Z71, then she sold it becasue we never ended up buying a 5th wheel. so then in 99 she bought a 5 door blazer, we have never had any major problems with it except for the recling handle broke off about 5 time's, but it still under warrenty. it is going to be really sad, becasuae the blazer's/jimmy's are goign to be nothing but history after this year. well i'm signing off gotta head to work, going to go in a bit early to finish working on a cop car(i even got to drive it)!!!

Yeah an 89 is a second gen rx 7 the second gen is 86-91 and will I'll take any year as long as the body is a excellent shape because I have plans of rebuilding the engine I'd love to get a 3rd gen but if I get a loan for it then I couldn't go to school for a long time plus the second gen has a better rotor engine and turbo the 3rd gen a about allot of engine bugs.
