Jeepbeats - I agree with your first statement.
When his latest CD was coming out it was said to be a collection of him going back to his roots. I was disappointed in the album to be honest.

 

his videos are all the same, he does a serious video then does a spoof video, rinse and repeat.

 

x2 his new album is not even close to the 1st album. Nothing has beat that album yet.

 

Eminem's first album was good. The Marshall Mathers LP was a straight classic 5 mics album. The Eminem Show was close and still very good. Now his music just get's suckier everyday. He has probably some of the best wordplay out there and the tracks and videos he makes are these goofy MTV songs with him dancing around doing stupid $hit. I don't really understand how he has turned to such silly stuff.

I guess when you go to being really famous in such a short period you just kind of think you can go off in any direction you want and start doing all sorts of weird things and the world will still like you. And people do still like him, but if he keeps making crap like this and can't get back and make a banging street album people are gonna stop caring about all these fruity songs and videos he is putting out.
