Wow that was crazy, the most information Sears ever had when i worked there with a system like that was when the phone rang a profile came up to that # with their address & phone number as well as name of course and we had to confirm that it was them but they had to provide us with some form of the info we had on screen so we weren't giving someone someone else's address. Sears credit cards always stayed on profile but they still had to shoot off at least some of the # to confirm, all other forms of credit card payments never stay in the system. We could go into the history and check what they ordered last or cancelled etc. But that was it. None of that other personal crap... Some people still got suspicious with the fact that we just had that information though.
