painfull experiences
When I was about 8 or 9 I was riding my bike while wearing those cheapo flipflop sandles.I turned into a parking lot going full bore and when I hit the curb, my foot slipped of the peddle and dragged my foot for a good 25 feet or so.When I put my foot back on the peddle the pain was unreal...like nothing I have ever experienced before or since...
I jumped off my bike onto someone front yard and there was blood everywhere...I had scrapped out a chunk of flesh about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide right down to the bone.Without pulling the skin back you could see the bone in amongst all the blood...
After a 5 hour wait at Grace Hospital(in the Peg)and about 20 stiches, I was somewhat good to go...
I just turned 31 and the scar is as fresh as it was back then...constant reminder...
And chnaging drums on a sunfire is childs play!!

Another time my uncle had couple dune buggy's tire snapped off roled it and was dragged about 25-30 with the roll bar across my neck dirt piled in my ear mouth all that fun stuff. Lets see driving my 4 wheeler in and out the creek we had in our back bush, did it many times no issues went to show someone how to get out and gunned it lil hard launched myself up the side of the creek into a tree crushin my nuts off the rack on the 4 wheeler, another time driving the 4 wheels buddies on the back I goto climb this rock pile stupid *** leans backwards of course it dumps on us hurt my buddy more then anything. cracked my sternum in half in a car accident, made even beathing feel like getting kicked in the ribs, and getting my chest tattoo, i can still feel it now, all 16 hours of it, or 960 minutes or 58600 seconds, it was like getting inked with a bayonette, but worth every penny
I use to play baseball at a competitive level and use to catch. Some times your cup moves out of position when you squat. I went down to block a ball in the dirt it hit me in the cup and my nut was between the cup and my body. Definetly the most pain I have ever been in. It even hrt when the GF tried to kiss it better
Try this: One day after a long day on the ranges with the tanks firing machine gun and main gun, we finished up and I (a driver at the time) jumped on top of the turret to help the crew get everything in order and drive the tank off the firing pad.
As I climbed up on the turret, I reached for what is typically an EMPTY machine gun mount and said to myself "my, this is awfully well oiled today" when I looked down.. I noticed it wasn't well oiled, but it was my hand melting off on the hot barrel of a recently fired machine gun!! OW!!
A quick trip to the hospital with my hand dunked in a jerry can of water and all was well!! hehe.

Oh that reminds me, I reached over a deep fat fryer when I worked in fast food to grab a chicken burger. It slipped out of my hand and was falling towards the fryer I quickly reacted (without thinking) and caught it with the other hand dragging my botttom three fingers through the fryer.
Like above a quick trip to the hospital with hand in a tomato can full of ice water and a while to heal and 2 years for the scars to go away.

I recently had my ear drum hit three times by a small soft probe tube (used to take measurments at the eardrum).
It didn't so much hurt as it made me want to throw-up. That and it sounds horrible.
Probably the most pain I have felt in recent years was dropping an emplty drinking glass on my big toe. It just happened to hit a bad spot. I had to have a hole drilled threw my toe-nail to releave the pressure.
