Oh, come now, you know they place those no parking signs for the sole reason that they'll have a place to park when they need it. They couldn't make signs that say "Reserved Parking For Those With The Authority Or Connections Not To Be Ticketed", the sign would be too big and people might get upset by the blatent double standard.

The car is correctly stating it is parked too (and written in such a way as to be courteous to the dyslexic) while the sign is clearly incorrect (why do they put up signs like that that are incorrect so often?)

This is so common, I mean I pass speed limit signs that are way off my actual speed limit on that road all the time!
