it is a way to paypal for your ebay or anything else you buy over the internet. You need a credit card and it is attached to your email that you use for ebay. then what you do is send the money to the other person paypal account. it is easy to use. i use it for all stuff i buy even with things i buy from this site

 

It's kinda like an online bank account. You can set it up with a credit card for making purchases (sending money), and you can also receive money. They don't need to be EBay auctions - I'm using it to take photo payments from the track. When you receive money, it sits in a "virtual bank account" and you can use that money to pay for things.

You can also use it with a real bank account number and pay for things kinda like "debit" - you can also transfer money you've received into that bank account.

It is pretty versatile, just make sure you read the fine print on charges. They aren't too bad, but you just want to be prepared.

you dont need a credit card to have an account. all you need is a regular bank account and your good to go.
