I am buying an item and using paypal to pay for it. The seller denied the first payment. I go to try and send the money again and I am denied the ability to pay. I call my credit card company and they said the first charge of $160.00 went through. Yet I cannot tell if it has been accepted by the other party.

Can someone help me out?

Not really, paypal is the biggest crock of **** ever.
Bring up the dispute with your CC company if it actually did go throuhg.
If the money did really goto the seller, then you can file a complaint, which is also useless, because even if you win, you usually get less than half of your money back.

 

It's a transaction with another CCA member. I paid off my cc so it shoudl have a balance of 0.

Today I will try again...ugh.

My credit card is being denied by my credit issuer, yet I just called them and they said my card has not been denied.
