Used HostCubix for a while but they have since become a forum where you have to post a certain amount before being allowed hosting privlages. PIA.
Then I tried Picgoo. For some reason I couldn't make it work. [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]
For pics for forum images I now use ImageShack .
Free and easy. Copy the first link after uploading for ubb coded forums.
