Not that 1 would make a difference or anything but....

Last night on the way home from friends, I was taking a route that I normally don't take.

All of a sudden there was a thing on the road in front of me. It was dark so I din't really notice what it was. Then Thump....

I was like WTH was that.

So I turned around, being the animal suck that I am...

So I see it. I stop, it's struggling to move about and such. All dirty with road filth and such.

I pick it up. It din't struggle much at all.
Put it on the passenger seat of my car and proceed home.

The whole way home it just sat there. Must have been in shock.

Get home, bring it in and head to the washroom. It starts to run around causing quite the rucuss and dirties the floor all up.

I catch it again and bring it to the washroom and I clean it up and dry it off. During this time it making a big mess in the sink and stuff as it seems to be alright.

After drying it off, I check it over to make sure it is ok. It seemed alright.

I grabbed a piece of lettuce from the fridge and then put the rabbit outside with the lettuce.

The little guy just took off like a well... like a Rabbit

I felt so bad, for the little guy.

It was only a small rabbit too, Maybe a young one?

Lettuce was still there this morning, I presume the rabbit din't wanna stick around considering what has just happened to him.

Thats the end of my story!

It's good that you helped him. I'm an animal lover as well and would feel equally as bad if I did something similar.

If you heard a thump what exactly did you run over if the bunny was ok ?? Obviously you didnt break any bones if he was ok enough to run off.

It's good you saved him, I'm sure he thanks you in his own ways.

I think it'd have been better if he had crapped on your door step and then ran off!

If he offers you corn, turn the other way and run as fast as you can.

Now you can feel guilty for the rest of your life that you removed poor Peter Rabbit from his familiar home and family to never find his way back again.

It was only 3 blocks away.

I do not feel guilty.
