you should really look into one, the sony ones are very reliable and battery life is amazing 50+ hours play time off 1 AA and some have a rechargable battery

the disk honld anywhere from 1 cd to 4 or 5 hours worth of music depending on quality, and extra disks only cost $5 or less !!!!!! and can be recorded over many times

they are very small and light weight and DO NOT SKIP

they are not much more than most mp3 player
(sometimes even cheaper) but hold alot more music

ya i had a sony one (forget the model number) and it worked great. i used to get about 5 full cd's on them, and the discs are all re-recordable, so you can keep erasing the old stuff you dont want.

I have a Sony minidisc player and I absolutely love it!

Great small unit and has not skipped once on me ever. Has amazing battery life. The Sony Software is my only gripe.

Yeah i had a sony MZ-N505 (I think) that was gold. I picked it up for less than 200 brand new on ebay over a year ago. It fits over 4 hours of music on a disc. It's what I take with me when I go skiing, and it's never let me down. I've wiped out hard lots and it's never broken

I have a Sony MZ-N505 available if you want it.
I have two and use the other one everyday in the gym. This one was bought for my girl but she has only used it a couple times as she is much lazier than me so it is pretty much new.

Great sound quality, excellent construction (re. durability), long batt life, one disc will hold 320min of music, can trasfer between compuer and other electronics, compatible with MP3/WMA/WAV, etc.

$60 plus shipping and its yours. I really don't need two. It comes with everything and in the original box.

Somewhere I heard that some mp3 players can only expand their memory up to a certain amount. I have a 64 meg mp3 player and want to get at least 512 megs more out of it. Does anyone know if there is any truth to it?
