MB, do i sense resentment that Italy didnt' make it? Powerhouse upsets and turnarounds have pissed off alot of people. yes yes, there have been lack lustre games but find a euro that was better. There were more french viewers for their first game in the euro than there were during the last world cup.

nah dude, I really dislike the Italian team. I used to play at an international level for a few years and played against some of the players you see on the Italian team. I personally think this tournament has been aweful in terms of quality of soccer, but high on excitment due to the upsets and overtime play. I watch all levels of soccer from many countries .. I really don't have a favourite team (other than AC Milan and Man U), but I watch soccer for the game
