For all you guys that spends tons of money on your car stereo systems, what alarms have you used and which ones do you advise to stay away from and of course which ones do you recommend buying? My budget for this is about US$250.00 or thearabouts

 

from my experience which isn't a whole lot i've had an alarm made by a company called predator, which did very well for me. I think a lot of it was in the install, but i liked it a lot. I bought my bro a compustar for xmas and he's been very happy with it!

1 week from today, i'll finally be getting my compustart 2way fm which although wouldn't work overly great in the states is one of the top alarms in canada....if you're still lookin at that point, i'll give you my veiws on it!

 

Astra A777 is a great alarm, and really good tech support from the distributor, much more than I can say for Autopage.
