how do i do it online? anyone have any direct links or break down on whats involved?

also anyone know how to trademark/patent in canada/north america?

you cannot do it online.

There are forms to fill out, you can get them from revenue canada's website.

Patents are applyed for, and a patent is issue after some research is done to see if it's been done before or is really something new (unlike bob carver trying to patent small sealed boxes with huge power)

if you do under i think 30,000 a year you can claim your business under your personal
and theres no need to register
i would check to see if it still applys
