I'm not saying I make terrible money I'm just saying I lived off credit for far to many years.

Hard to play the catch up game nowadays ...specially when u pay like...

$500/month - Truck
$1200/month - Rent
$360/month - Insurance
$400/month - bills
$400/month - loans

and so on and so on ...

I don't want to win a million in the super 7 ...50 grand would do the trick.

Yeah same Deal here, Insurance,Car Payment, Rent, loans etc etc etc... I think our combined totall debt is about 45,000$ give or take...

 

yup yup, i take home bout 2-2400 a month, and dont have a whole lot extra, ive started budgeting myself to 60$ weekend money and 50 for food while workin,
then theres rent, 500, car 330, insurance 130, gas bill 100, gas for car, 100, groceries are about 250a month, cable, power, water, phone, cell phone, futureshop card (almost paid off thank god 400$ left to go...) soundsaround card i gotta come up with 2k by like september to avoid those insane interest charges..... its bad when 15$ an hour is barely scraping by at times, i dunno how people manage on less, i suppose i got it pretty good in comparison...

 

your car is costing as much as your rent ???

maybe you should dump the apartment and car and get an RV - payment would still be less than your current rent+car payments.

I don't know how you live on $15/hour...It's all relative....just stay away from credit(not like me)...I fantasize about bankruptcy and screwing those creditors draining me with > 20% interest.

Casper....$1200/month rent? Get a mortgage for christsakes and build some equity!

And although your facts may be straight, it's still kinda apples vs oranges comparing the income of the average North American to the average Southeast Asian. At say $15/hr you'd be the grand poobah of the village and live like a king (relatively speaking).

I whined alot there for a while about money,but now that the meds have me thinking a bit straighter,I see how lucky I really am at the moment....

Remeber...One wrong move the rich loose everything...We poor folks if we make a wrong move..how can you loose something from nothing?If you know what I mean..
