If one person gets theirs, all people should get theirs. Especially since they had the items in stock and then once the error was discovered removed it from the site. This is against the Consumer Protection Act I am quite sure. To me it would seem that they should have left them available on the site at the correct price instead of removing them and telling everyone looking that they are no longer available. We all have confirmation that they were available.... So.... who is going to receive theirs?????

I complained several times to them,(through the proper venue's) and I got " well since there is a disclaimer on our site, that we can legally stop any transaction" blah blah blah, s'more BS, I just got aggreviated and hung up, talked to a friend is becoming a lawyer, and he is looking into it some more for me. I doubt that I will get any of my pairs, but if ANY of you guys get them for the sale price, please post up!! I can't agree more with what Mr2nr is saying, if one person gets them, we should all get them!! (not to sound like a dick, but I orderd my sets 2 days before I posted the link on here, to see if it was a clerical error and if it would go through)
