What I want to know is what kind of people do they have working at that shop where they'd let them do a job this bad and then let it back out the door to the dealer? Who at that shop hires people that would do a job like that and actually think it was a good job? lol! Glad it got sorted out though.

that is retarded!! I honestly have seen this happen, when I bought my alero almost 4 years ago, something similar happened, but it was More or less stupid cosmetic things, I complained and got quite a good chunk of money back. KEpt the car and just ordered new peices. This sucks and I feel your pain, and glad you got it fixed man!!

Thanks everyone. To be honest its a blessing. She got rid of the vibe and picked up an 08 Escape. She wanted an SUV anyway. Of course this is no excuse for the shop. But it worked out good.

I can't beleive the dealer paid the bill. That makes me think of all the other hinky things that dealer may be doing to unsuspecting customers.

She went to GM because she already bought a couple cars from them, and it was easy to walk in there and buy a new one. As opposed to changing dealers.

She bought an 08 Ford Escape XLT anyway. Searching for audio for it now!
