FYI Slammeds, I have a Pioneer 10 which is similar to what he's looking for, it's alrite for the price, nothing special, and the Pioneer cone is plastic as well, I really doubt the lower end Pioneers really sound that different from a Sony sub.

You said Pioneer subs pound, ok, which has nothing to do with what he was asking. Leave it at that, why continue to babble about nothing?
I have a pioneer 10 in my car right now, but it's not a premier like he was asking, so I doubt my input would be valid.
I'm posting because u guys are having a chit chat about non sense, what's the point of it? Take it to PM. It pissed me off because you guys just ruined his thread, among others.
Dude go rag on someone that carez I gave him my ADVICE and even if it isnt HELPFUL in ur sense it was ON topic lay the heck off

ok.. pioneer priemer... who makes them?? pioneer... there all the same just maybe a bit different look to it, **** the decks ar all the same, wat i mean by this is that you have this one pioneer deck here with a modle number and all the goodies, but then over here we have the primer deck with a diff modle number, BUT same features and everything for a bit cheaper then the pioneer...

ya but the sony subs is all plastic, im surprised there magnets are not plastic as well.. there built badly the pinoeer subs accually have some thought put into them, as were the sony subs are just slaped together with some glue, and mak them look real ricey and ugly, make them more noticable in a car were someone would want to steal them cuz they think that there good or sometihng i dont know

IMO no matter what the company its luck of the draw with anything these days, you can get sony subs and have to replace them cause they're crap and repeat that process over and over and over for awhile, yet someone else can have the same model etc as you and they'll be awesome. luck of the draw I think.
