I had many friends go, while Mike took quite a few pics, they in no way show how huge this show is. It takes place over three days and has some really cool events. Friday there is a 'controlled cruise' for registered participants, after that comes the unofficial non sanctioned 'uncontrolled cruise
Saturday has the 100 foot draqs. There are people who spend all year and tons of money to build cars just for this event. An insane T-Bucket was the fastest this year, there should be some video footage soon of it. On Sundy they have the autoX, which I heard this year basically turned into a big drift session! ANd on sunday they also have the car show, Not sure how many cars were there this year, but they had about 250ish I would guess last time I went two years ago.

nice to hear some people had a good time.
I am a member of the club, and it took alot of effort to make things work this year with the 25 people we have...
Had about 140 cars in the 100' dashes, over 400 in the show and shine, about 550 in the controlled cruise, and 44 in the auto-X.
I had to go down the line and reject alot of people trying to enter the controlled cruise because it was full. People get angry when they wait in line for 2 hours, their car is overheating, they drove up from california, and you reject them....
Controlled cruise will change next year.
Will also probobly have a sound off next year on friday night....no one was willing to plan ahead for it this year...Bob from stay tuned installations offered to host it like 4 days before the event....no time...
