Ok seriously where were the Eagles or do they normally play like that They couldn't catch a beach ball if it was hanging in mid air infront of their face!!! I was rooting for them and they just kept bein CRAPPY!

It was an OK game not great considering the Eagles didn't show up so it seemed

New England played very good tho, interceptions galore!!!

I ended up watchin it in surround sound on my friends big tv till 9pm and then we went to a pool hall (Le Skratch) to watch the rest and shoot some pool for the last half. Paul McCartney put on a good halftime show I'd say, got to see no nipples this year lol

How was everyone elses Superbowl Partay!?

The Eagles actually showed up, but their coach called probably the worst offensive game I have ever seen.

They decided to run out the clock to end the first half when they could have went for some points.

They wasted about 3 minutes on their last TD drive for no apparent reason.

They didnt even put a guy back to receive NE's last punt......but they didnt send 11 trying to block it either.

I have been an Eagles fan for about 15 years now,and while I respect what they do year in and out, I think their offensive play calling and overall coaching (Andy Reid specifically) is WAY too conservative, and needs to be changed.

They only lost by 3, and it was obvious they COULD win, but it was also obvious that Reid was coaching not to lose, which is a sure way not to win.

i thought mcnabb played awful for most of the game. if he wasnt throwing an interception, he was just throwing the ball straight into the ground, or out of bounds.

I won a decent amount taking NE on the moneyline. I liked them, but didn't feel comfortable laying 7. Great game IMO. Booze and air hockey was plentiful at the party I attended.
AWESOME game, and night overall

Yeah I'm slowly still understanding the game more and more as I go, sure looked like Mcnabb was throwin interceptions to me lol Who do the coaches talk to on the headsets? I know when they came out with the XFL the players/QB had the radio in his helmet but they don't do taht in NFL do they??

Eagles made some great catches. That is undeniable. It was close and I'm glad I didn't bet on this one.

Like I said earlier this is the few days I drink and I really went for it this time. Went to a fabulous house party, and then to two bars. I have three new names&numbers in my phone and I don't remember two of the girls that put them in there.
At the moment I can barely spell so thank God I don't have to be at work till Tuesday night. I hope everybody else had fun and I'm going to pass out for a couple days I think.

I enjoyed the game! I was hoping the Eagles could tie with a field goal and force an OT, but it was a great game. Go Pats!

I was the DD for the big game, but I still chomped down on a crapload of wings.

The coaches speak with the QB on the headset.

Sometimes with the co-ordinators who are generally in the booths 'upstairs' so they can get a better view of the game and have access to replay, etc.

McNabb played like he has the previous two seasons before this one. I think that he made some bad choices, but the coach calls the plays on t hat team, and Andy Reid is obviously TOO conservative, and it came back to cost him a super bowl.

I thought the only thing that kept them in the game was amazing catches. McNabb played like crap, and the coaches were idiots. How do you not go no huddle when down by 10 with like 5 min left?

And brian westbrook (i think) catching a pass for no gain near the end was stupid as well. Knock it down.

I really think the Eagles did well for most of the first 1/2. Their defence was doing very well and their offence was not hurting them.

Like everyone else said though. Bad play call after bad play call really hurt in the end.

Not to mention some of the worst clock management I have ever seen at the end of a game, and a terrible attempt at an onside kick.
