If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. IMO It's not worth doing if you can't feel it, imagine having sex with someone elses d!ck...not really worth it. </font>
good call lol

I got one on my chest, LOTS of outlining...
Outlining is pretty painful, not like PAIN, but more like incessant scratching, as everyone said...
Fill is not so bad, it becomes more annoying irritation than pain after a few minutes..
and closer to bone = more pain, like was heretofore stated..
I go for my next one soon...wicked...

Most of my tatts I have I've gotten different places ...
Have a big Tribal Dragon that takes up a good chunk of my back (yes 6 hours on your spine does not feel pleasant) Was done in New Orleans during a road trip.
I also have wings on each side of it ( once again up over your shoulders does not feel pleasant)these were done recently by a buddy.
have the chinese symbol for 'Dragon' little lower on my back.
Have a dragon on my right leg that was done when I lived in BC. Also the 'man symbol' from EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN on my left chest done in BC as well.
Have a tribal sun around my right nipple which was done while in Poland.
Have a big celtic band around my left shoulder.
And a weird kinda celtic cross with snake and flame jobby on my right shoulder that was done when I was young and will be covered up eventually.
And belive me it is possible to get tattooed while being passed out drunk ...lol...have a half done toxic waste symbol on my left leg from years ago ....ya who needs enemies when ya have friends that tattoo you when ya pass out.
....ya don't even ask me bout piercings ...lol...
Cheers.

I have a celtic shamrock done in knotwork on my right shoulder. I'm very happy with it. It wasn't really painful, it's more irritating. 20 minutes into it my whole shoulder was numb. I plan on getting a few more. My family motto across my stomach, and a maple leaf matching my shamrock in knotwork on the other shoulder. Be aware, they are addicting!!!

Two of my bucdies got some for christmas. One got a dragon on his shoulder. My hardcore metallica buddy hot the Metallica ninja star on the back of his neck. He can't really cover it up. I think he may regret it someday.

I got one and my g/f got one too... we got them at the same time... hers is just a symbol (to be honest no one knows what it means etc... and has no detail just diamond shape all filles in) she said it did no hurt... I have one which has a lot of detail... and 3 hours in that chair for a tatoo thats just 5"x2" i almost fainted twice... the guy had to stop for few minutes and let me take a brake...
Bottom line.. if you get one make sure you get it in a place that you wont regret it when you are in your 40s... thats all.

Also have a nice sized one on my back, to be honest it was probably the worst pain I have been through in my life (over the spine between the shoulders). It really does feel like a fish hook being dragged through your skin...Almost called it quits halfway through, but sucked it up and got er done.

I've got 4. And want more. They are very addicting.
I would say that the one on my chest was the worst for pain wise. Didn't feel the one on my shoulder blade. And then the ones that were on my arm and leg were so so.
I am trying to come up with a half sleve for my right arm. Want to hopefully get it started this summer.
