The Terminator Won!
Well, he is famous and everyone likes him. I mean I like him a lot and really like his movies but he has no experience in politics so I think this is kinda stupid. And don't say only in America. Because if someone famous in Canada ran for a high political position you know damn well that they would have a higher chance of winning because of public popularity! I don't think he is a good choice for governor though however. He is a smart man but he does not have any experience in this field. I mean after seeing how Jesse Ventura ran our state here I will be really curious to see how Arnold does! He can't be any worse than dumbass Bush though honestly!

I think he is a great choice. Arnold knows what it takes to be successful. He knows how to apply his energy to accomplish his goals. He has more political experience than most realize. He also did marry John F Kennedy's neice (they even came from opposite ends of the political spectrum), so I am sure he can get good advice if he needs it. Lets face it, it's probably a very stressfull job that requires long hours, but I doubt it's really that hard, their are advisors and such that take care of most of the work.

no offence to any of you guys but Nomak and Mr. Eastside, those seem like some pretty ignorant political views. Just wondering if you were Bush what would you have done to better your country,
you can:
1. let the UN sit there and do nothing like they have done before.
2. Go to war and eliminate the problem take it into your own hands because you are the basically last military and political superpower as a country out there and help free the people
3. Do nothing and let the people live in a complete dictatorship
The people were presented with the opportunity of freedom and they chose freedom(maybe its just me) but they also tore down monuments to Sadamm.
I dont know, just wondering where all of your hate for Bush comes from and what you would have done given the situation? (i'm not trying to get flamed or offend anyone i'm just curious) Thanks
