True, they also have a high resale value too. Even ones with high km's still fetch a fair bit of money.

 

Both are good. I personaly like the runner more

 

My only issue with either of those is they are SO SMALL...lol

I rode in my friend's toyota pickup and my knees were in my chest..and I am only 6' tall.

But, like previously stated, if they are well-maintained and kept up , they can run forever, or until the body rusts off them

 

hmm never rode in a 4runner, but never had any problems in my dad's jeep cherokee...and i'm 6'2...so that part i've been ok. But yeah thanks for all the replies, i'm gonna try and do a lil research on the 4runners, since i like wha ti see, see if i can find one for sale in BC and see what options to look for on them or what is bad etc.

 

Dad used to own a `94 JGC.. it was very comfortable, but was not the most reliable suv.

Good friend of mine has an older 4runner.. great trucks, thing runs well, but watch out for rust on the early 90s models..

 

What about Isuzu suvs of that time period?
