If you are TRANSFERRING, you dont need an SAT score.
If you are ENTERING University, then you need either SAT score or ACT score.
If you are a US citizen, you can apply for financial aid which is actually much more extensive than OSAP up here, but of course, it is more extensive because school is more expensive.
Why not just transfer to a school within Canada, like say University of Nunavut....
cant be TOO many distractions up there
