vulgarity on tv
i thought it was getting bad the past few years, hearing more and more vulgar words on "prime-time" tv .... but now its gona too far. They are playing "jay and silent bob strikes back" - the uncut version and its before 10pm
WOW ... if u seen the movie, then you know what words are said, not the usual f- words, but a lil' more jazzed up
i'm sure city-tv will get some heat over this

Raging Bull was on a basic cable channel the other day. And there were no commercials and nothing was cut. All of a sudden I turn it on and I am hearing sh*t, motherfu*cker, coc*ksucker, and all kinds of stuff. And yeah it's cable. But it's only basic cable that everyone who orders cable gets. And they NEVER used to do that. Oh well, monitor what your kids watch and or if you don't like it turn it off and I say no big deal!

its not that big a deal, if u dont like it, dont watch it, if u dont want ur kids to watch it, dont let them ...seems pretty simple to me, but then again i'm not a parent...and i grew up only getting 3 or 4 channels on an antenna
I think it's all not that bad. I mean people swear. Sure little kids shouldn't hear it but before the shows starts it says if the movie has violence and nudity and bad language, if you see that, the kid should change the channel. I am just waiting for the "swear words" to hit the radio.
BRING ON THE NON CENSORED MOVIES, IF YOU KNOW THEY GOT STUFF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CHILDREN SEEING THEN DONT LET THEM WATCH IT SIMPLE AS THAT, IT WAS NOT ON THAT EARLY EITHER. I CANT STAND WHEN THEY CENSOR EVEN A PART OF THE MOVIE. EITHER UNCENCOSORED OR NOT AT ALL.
Maybe parents will quit letting their kids watching TV then. Most parents use it as a babysitter replacement and kids watch over 4 hours a day. Our society needs to quit relying on what is on the TV and do something else with their life anyways. Other than movies, I can't remember the last time I have watched over 1 hour of TV in a week.
