ok so i was bored and saw some thing on the hurricane in florida, and decided to see if i saw anything at www.theweathernetwork.com and i got to webcams by cities all over canada (was hopin for an american one but no) and outta all the cities i looked at for the ones that are night time Old Montreal looked the best
