Does bell sypatico provide free web space like rogers does?
If so how do you use it?

 

I can not find any info in the manual that came with the modem, and nothing on the web site either

If you mean the web space when you activated it you should have been given instructions. You can use programs such as Microsoft Frontpage or Netscape Composer to help you develope your own web page.

use ftp program to upload stuff to your webspace

 

If you know how to create a web page in Notepad then you can do that otherwise us dreamweaver or Frontpage, they are the best learning tools. Your first page will need to be labeled, home.htm or index.htm and then any other page can be as you wish. If you want you can send me the stuff that you want on a page and I can do it for you free of charge, I need practise for school. Here are some examples of what i have done

I have made web pages befor for school I have never put one on the web though, I well download some ftp software and try to figure out my web space address

 

Download WSFTP if you can, it's the easiest
