call the city of toronto directly. Thats your best bet. Actually there will be two auctions.. the City of Toronto's "un-claimned vehicles" and the insurance write-offs.
The write-offs will probably be called: "Toronto Salvage & Disposal" OR something along those lines.
Thats what its called here.
