O.K. if you can't get it after this don't try.

First glue the foam blocks to the car.


Then shape the blocks how you want.




Then fiberglass over the foam.




After that finish just like you would any fiberglass part. Ooops your an SPL'er, nothing gets finished cosmetically. Oh well, if you can get through the making of the part we can walk you through the finishing part when we come to that bridge.

Or you could just do it how you do SPL, trial and error, that seems to work well for you.

 

Uhh, I already stated it's the same process. Why is everybody in the east not getting it. If I show you how to make a wood box for a 6X9, and you can't figure out how that would help to show the process of building a sub box it's your problem not mine. I am the only one who has been helpful, how much simpler can I make it? It's not my fault uncreative people are trying to be creative and aren't able to comprehend simple instructions. Maybe SPL'ers should stick to making unfinished wooden boxes and leave the complex ( ) fabrication to SQ types [img]tongue.gif[/img]
