Weird computer/mouse problem

I know some of you more computer educated people will know the answer (nerds) but here is the quesiton


my computer stopped responding to the RIGHT mouse click completelly and it also stopped responding to the LEFT double click.

did some process die?

Have you tried going into your settings from control panel?

He can't click, and i don't think he will use the keyboard for this...

Unplug the PC, reseat all connections and boot everything. You can also try another mouse...

If i does the same thing with another mouse then it's probably the Alpine God sending you a warning sign!

Solution as previously recommended in another thread, sledgehammer and a cat. I hate computers and seemingly am lacking patience these days with them.

Sounds like a virus... Assuming you can't click at all now. Use the Windows key to open your start menu. Press "C" & enter to open the control panel. Move your mouse over the mouse icon and press enter. Then press alt D (sets everything to default), then Alt A (to accept) and enter. Reboot, if nothing happens, let me know. You might have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

or worst case scenario, rewind your pc to a better time( aka system restore) and you can maneuver without a mouse, I do it all the time :P as my mouse dies every few days(damn wireless)
