i am i'm going to skagway today to ride the train(awsome i'm going to the states) from what i'm understanding from my aunty it's only a 2 hour trip from here or mabye i misunderstood her. went for a 2 hour hike. surprisingly i was not tired, but i was very thirsty. forgot to bring some water with me. got to see where canyon city used to be. canyon city for those who don't know. was a place for people to rest on thier way to dawson city. it was mainly a place for getting drunk and playing poker. their are still can's and bottle's thier that are over 100 year's old. after canyon city was taken down it was used as a fox farm. when the dirty thirty's came around it closed down due to the econamy falling. ohh and for the people who we're wondering what whitehorse mean's. before they put the damn in that created schwatka lake. thier we're some rapid's that they called the white horse rapid's. they called it this becasue of the way the rapid's looked they looked like a main of a white horse. many people lost thier lives/belonging's. most of them had no experince driving a boat or building one.


now could the people who are trying to wreck/close my post by being smart ***'s could you please stop and either post positive post's or just leave. i'm sorry about posting the white horse(yukon, canada) i was just doing it for the people who did not know about it.

Chunk, enjoy dude, you are truly in one of the most beautiful places in Canada (well maybe after here). There are many a person on this forum that had no idea as to what Whitehorse really meant. Good history lesson for them.

Someone made a comment about people not knowing where Whitehorse or the Yukon is and if it is in Canada or not.....go to Richmond and ask the general population there, chances are they first off don't speak Engrish, second they no understan ru, third if they do understan ru and speak Engrish, won't know wtf you are talking about or just maybe the occasional person may know wtf you are talking about and ask you if you are a moron for even asking about it in the first place. Sad but true, the immigrants know more about their old country than the do the new one.

 

welnever made it to skagway. i lost my id last night when i was shopping here in whitehorse. after we went for coffey with my grandpa and one of my aunty's friend's we went back to main street in whitehorse and the first store i walk into the clerk right away hand's it to me. i was so releaved that they had it, but dissapointed becasue i never got to go to alaska. well i'm going kyaking 2 morrow. i hopefully will have lot's more fun then today. got a couple pic's so far. took a pic of a very nice lake. it was the cleanest lake i have ever sean. it was also very (i hate saying this word)buetifull

 

ohh and does any one know of a place that i can use msn on the web and not have to download it.

hey every one i'm back!!!! i got lost leaving edmonton and almost went to calgary. should have not listen to my sister!!! o well i'm home now.

no, i just wouldn't have been able to pay for my insurance then. casue it would all go to the gas money. to tell yeah the truth i would have stayed down thier tell the calgary show if i went thier. if i did that i would miss work and some other stuff.
