what computer can I get for under 1000 bucks?
Im buying my brother a computer for his grad, but I have no clue about computers...at all. not a thing besides how to use one (barely)
I have about a thousand bucks give or take 100 or 200 dollars.
It needs to be complete...monitor, keyboard mouse tower itself..dont need speakers.

I got mine at FS (no brainer, I work there). Cicero is FS's house brand. To tell you the truth I don't know much about it other than it's better than my other comp. An AST PI 133. lol. It seems to work good for me, I have had zero problems with it in the last couple months.
