just wondering what people do for hobbies and interests outside of Car audio?

In the winter i go outdoor skating. too cold for anything else.

Summer i usually like to go to the lake or beach, go roller blading, or just being outside in general. I love warm sunny days!

I also go to university, and work part time, and during my summer break of 3-4 months off from school i work full time, to try and support my spl and school!

Gym rat religously.

I used to coach a few baseball teams and trained in MMA for eight years but do neither at the moment due to a hectic schedule. I will do both again when I have a little more free time. Soon I hope.

Got into playing pool a couple years back and our team made it into the regionals in Niagara Falls with first place going all expenses paid to Vegas. We finished third (not bad out of 100+ teams) and we really haven't done it competitively since. Sure was a great party at the regionals though.

I go to the gym four times a week in the winter, golf in the summer and recently started getting into photography.

we pretty much do car audio all year round. winter is when we rebuild and summer is when we compete. when we are not doing both i am setting up members and/or friends with ideas about thier car audio set up and my brothers are fixing thier systems up. we actively look for sponsors over the free time we might have and we plan months in advance over some starbucks. as a family we(my wife and son) go over possible spl setup that we can use for the coming year, and we(Team Shadow) design box after box and research late into the night. it is our passion and our focus all year round.

This passion has allowed us to commit to it and to be dedicated as a family(wife, son, brothers, sister's in laws, friends, nephews, father, etc.) there is nothing better than being able to do it as a family.

We run our own business on the side modifying vehicles. Lift kits, lowering kits, engine/sas swaps etc...

Last weeks big job was a 13" suspension lift and 3" body lift on an '81 Toyota 4x4 sporting a set of 39.5" boggers, bobbed flat deck and soon a sbc swap.

If it's anything you can do something stupid in then we have probably modified or fabricated it to do it even stupider.
