it sucks living 12 km away from nearest town and having to go to work/school everyday....gets expensive.

My car costs me $50 per fill up and gets me just over 500km in the big city of vernon.

 

So far, about $120.00 for one tank of diesel. 1 week gone and still over half a tank remaining. Road trip to Nanaimo and a 20 minute drive at highway speeds to and from work.

 

I was in Kamloops today and regular gas was 99.9 cents a litre.

Diesel was a full 10 cents cheaper.

In Kelowna gas was 97.9 and diesel about 3 cents cheaper.

 

89.9 here...cost me $67.01 here today.

Lasts me about 2 weeks generally driving around the city of edmonton.

 

Ya, it costs me about $60-$70 to fill up, I get about 450-500km's per tank... and I fill up twice a week usually... So that's..... Downright nasty by the month...

I keep drooling over those Mercedes Smarts... Been to the website a few times, haven't driven one yet though. I thinkit'd be a great runabout for small deliveries... A buddy has one, $33 to drive from here to Nova Scotia. $33!!! That's chump change!

Gas in different places near me has been 82-89 cents a litre......totally rediculous if you ask me....good thing I fixed my bike if it's gonna be REAL expensive this summer....a ride from Cobourg to Oshawa would be fun...maybe I will have to give up smoking.

around 60 bucks to fill my tank.....I went from cobourg to Bowmanville, then straight to wilberforce on a half tank....not bad I guess, SHOULD be much better though.

 

i have a 95L tank !i do not look at the bill .but i miss my bmw it cost less to full

 

The smart car is not very practicle for most people....

Get the best performing high-mileage car out there (including hybrids)....a Jetta TDI.

 

Yea, I've seen a couple of them now (SMART's) and I don't like the look of them at all, looks like anyone over 4 foot can't drive it, and if you hit a fly at 20kmph yer dead on impact....if it'll get up to 20.
