Whats wrong with me?

I feel like I'm 24 turning 40....
When I was younger I use to be able to work all day, party all night, bring a chick home, etc then do it all again the next day.
Now I can barely make it past 11pm, doing nothing at home.
I know that me smoking doesn't help, I could eat a bit better, I get pleanty of excersice at work being I work with steal all day.
What gives though...
What are you peoples thoughts?

Mortgage and other payments, commitment to work, kids, stress in general, changes in hormone levels all make things a bit different.
Add to that when you're trying to make a life for yourself you don't have the time to party every night carefree like you used to so your body just isn't used to the all night lifestyle anymore.
Eat well, take good quality vitamins, and get plenty of exercise. Working steel each day may be decent exercise but your body is used to it and it needs different stimulus to keep it in high gear.

I just quit smoking which is a good thing. Next I work on getting tone. I don't really have sleep problems since I do usually get 6-7 hours of sleep a night. I do feel old though. I can't party the same. I also find stuff I really used to like 2 years ago so boring now.

I'm 18, and after two college courses, i've been working full time since. It's getting so boring, but I do work out a couple times a week, and get at least 6-8 hrs of sleep each night. As for my eating habits... well I try to eat healthy, but nothing really stops me from eating generally crappy food, or take out for that matter.
I think as long as you try and adjust your eating habits, take some good vitamins (as posted above), and make more trips to the gym, you should be good. Better yet, instead of just going to the gym, make a routine of it, and create a workout plan.
