what are your thoughts on wheel spacers? And why do you say so? They seem like they could be quite useful, yet a lotta people seem pretty iffy about them and i don't know why?

That can simply be solved by longer lug nuts can't it?

if you have mags, yes otherwise no. the thicker the spacers the more stress on the studs. I've seen them broken from too much space. of course if you dont have a v8, you dont have to worry about breaking them as much.

lol I'm researching them for the wheels on the left in the wheel choice post.....and it's a v6 - further more with the larger tires....power is almost non existent lol.

If you are going to use spacers, make sure that they are "hubcentric". If not all the stress will be on the bolts or studs. Also make sure that you use the appropriate bolts or studs (i.e. proper length).

If your getting rims then get them with the appropriate offset.
