OK, so when the occasion (sp?) calls for it, like for example today's staff golf tournament. Do you get up early just for the purpose of beginning drinking, so that you're half cut once the event starts?
Last year we were up at 6 for the 10am tournament (had to drive about 40min to get there).
The year before 4am for the 630 tourney.
This year, 8am for the 12:16 tee time (gotta be on the first tee at about 10:something to heckle everyone as they tee off though)
So....does anyone else presauce before an event and get up early just to do so? Or am i kinda alone on this?

well....it's now hte next day. 20h of drinking yesterday. WACKY fun!!! There was an off number of people so our group ended up having 6 people (probably shouldn't have, but being best ball it was best that way we could just use one of mine or my bro's shots and move along fairly quickly.)
4 of the people were girls....good lookin but not very good, a little drunk forsure. One of them hit a huge rock with the gofl cart and snapped an axle...the others hit a tree...both bailed outta the cart.
They were useful in going to their house on the 12th hole and constantly grabbing more beer.
All in all, the drinking got me longest drive and longest putt (which was in front of the gallery on the 18th green - we were the second last group to finish).
