o so now i get it CHADXTON cause i don't drink beer tell im drunk or im in a chuging contest with the pals im a woman. and i do drink the stuff just only after i have had a couple coolers to unsober myself or to loosen up the old taste buds.

Hold on there...I gotta step in and actually DEFEND the yanks here...if you avoid the mass produced swill and try some of the "other" beers down there you'd be very pleasently suprised. For those of you who really appreciate a good, hoppy, full flavored beer, get your hands on some Pete's Wicked Ale. Awesome stuff. I had some IPA last time I was down as well...can't quite recall the name...it came in a green case, anyhow, REALLY good beer. Even Sam Adams is pretty good stuff.

As far as draft is concerned...it is young beer. Hasn't aged properly and is made quick. Some of you might relate draft to a real bad hangover, and that is because it is fermented at a higher temperature than other beer types...makes the process go faster, and this produces a higher concentration of esters in the beer. Excessive esters = bad hangover.
